Great team of workers. They very patiently fixed a Noise in our shower. Have used them with other Plumbing issues and they are great. I would definitely Recommend them. Prices are very reasonable also!

The plumbers were courteous, on time, and very competent. Was even pleased with the office manager, Roberta. I was always kept in the loop for what to expect and arrival times. They are the "go to" plumbers for any of my plumbing needs.

I called J & K Plumbing because they were located in Auburn and close to my residence. I had J & K Plumbing come out to replace old fixtures in our kitchen sink and powder room. 2 plumbers came out and were able to replace these fixtures that were very old. both were very friendly and very patient. great experience. would hire again. Explained the leak we were having to Roberta first thing this morning; within a very short time, Jerry was out to the house to figure out why we had water from a bathtub pipe pouring out the kitchen ceiling of the floor below. Jerry figured out the problem and fixed it very quickly, then tested everything to make sure we would have no further problems. From beginning to end, polite, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, gracious, and very affordable. Absolutely the best, and I have recommended J & K Plumbing to others, who also had great customer service.

Our water heater went out & J&K sent Jerry out within 2 hours to inspect it. Not only did he get our water heater back up & running, he stayed for several minutes to make sure there were no leaks or that something wasn't causing the pilot to turn off by itself. He was very courteous, professional and offered good advice! Not only did we get great service - it was free of charge because there was no actual repair. Most companies will charge a min. fee just to come out. I definitely would use J&K Plumbing for all future needs and recommend them tremendously!

Rob fixed our washer pipes that were damaged when our washer was removed. Our house was to transfer to the new owners that very day when i got an urgent call saying my house had a leak! These guys squeezed me in and got it all fixed in the same day. Because he knew it was for sale, after he turned the main water back on, he went around and tested every faucet and toilet! He found a clogged toilet and fixed it for free! I'm thankful for their speedy and thorough service!!
