I reached out to Sullivan Quick floor based on the 5 star reviews. I had the complete opposite experience when it came to working with this company and the owner, Justin. He kept pushing back the date and time to come quote our job, postponed the quote being sent (sent as a quick text and very unprofessional), requested we buy our own materials and supplies(fine), requested we move up the construction date, they missed THREE days in a row after confirming each day, first 2 days he canceled an hour before they were to be there, 3rd day they said they would be here at 9:30, after 4 different excuses on what held them back, they then sent a fake flat tire photo around 2PM (said they were at Lowes, but the photo was on cobblestone road- clearly not a Lowes or the highway between our house and Lowes). On top of it, Justin would only communicate with my husband after he got his number and would ignore any of my texts or calls. Avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced

Prompt and got the work done quickly for our bedrooms and hallway. Very detailed work around railing spindles. Got the 2 rooms and hallway done in 1.5 days. Great work. He also did my mother's laminate flooring in her kitchen and dining area. Turned out absolutely amazing

I hired them to do my whole house with luxury vinyl flooring and Justin did an amazing job! He has great communication skills, heâ  s very hardworking, prompt and on time, and pays good attention to detail.

Justin did a fantastic job with our tile! He was a hard and conscientious worker and he finished our job quickly and in time for the holidaysâ ¦ but the quality of his work was not compromised! I highly recommend him and plan to hire him again for any upcoming projects we have!
