Hired Javier to replace outside trim around windows on second floor and repaint (with my paint). He quoted me $75.00 first, I requested hardy plank so price went to $190.00. I went ahead and said ok even thought it was high. I had to have windows worked on again by another company because they leaked. The second company sent me pictures of the windows where it was missing paint and caulking. I had Javier back out to have him repaint, when he showed up said he only replaced boards on one side of the windows. I argued he was to replace on both sides. He refused to paint or do other side. I'm 73 years old and wasn't able to actually go up and check the work, but who only does half the job. Would not use but if you do, get everything in writing.

I replace two trim corners and wall and painted but I never replace around the window because your never tell me trim around the window when I finish you see my job and you pay me after 20 days raining u have problem at window leak but you never tell me anything about the window and you want repair for the same price the window trim after 20 days the estimate I give is for corner wall not for windows trim
