He did a half a** job and then wanted more to do what would?ve been acceptable and should?ve been done in the first place. Avoid Charlie at all cost

Charles arrived at my home to provide an estimate at the exact time he told me he would. He explained my options to me regarding the restoration of my wood deck along with some masonry work at the front of my home. He promised to send me a detailed estimate within a specific time frame and it arrived on time. He started the work exactly on time and even finished it earlier than expected. I had one additional cost which came up during the project which Charles made me aware of right away. I had the option to decline but did not. The exterior of my home was just as clean as when he started. I would recommend him for similar jobs.

Charles is an honest, knowledgeable, hard working person with very good skills.They did excellent job in repairing the broken PVC fence around our pool equipment . They added a door fence using re-usable previous PVC fence parts that save us some money. I will hire him again in our future home projects.

JJJ Modeling solved 3 longstanding problems for us: (1) Our cement garage flooring was uneven, leaving a gap between the garage door and the floor; (2) the old outdoor steps nearby needed re-cementing; and (3) leaves were getting thru the grill and into the drain in the driveway in front of the garage. We could never find a contractor willing to take the time to tackle these relatively small jobs, much less one who would so carefully investigate the problems, explain our options, and teach us so much in the process! JJJ modeling fixed all three problems with complete professionalism and skill. JJJ further impressed us with their willingness to work long hours in order to get the job done with as little disruption to our family as possible.
