They gave us a fair quote on replacing my air conditioning, and they were on time. His installers used gloves and masks and started at 9 a.m. and were done by 3 p.m.


They gave us an estimate that was within the range of other quotes we'd gotten. Our job was challenging and involved more work than anticipated. They stuck with the job until it was done and did not charge us more even though it took them longer to complete.

Installed brand new AC system with JJ's Air Solution less than one month ago and they offered us a 1 year warranty on their work. Since the first day after the installation we noticed the master bedroom and another bedroom do not get the airflow needed and these two rooms feel warm all the time. We never had this issue with our 15 year old AC unit that was replaced. I have called them several times, left voice messages, send text messages and even emails trying to get them to come back and to see what is going on with the system they installed and to see why those two rooms are not getting enough air flow but I have gotten ignored time after time therefore I'm sharing my experience and this review for others to take into consideration. Definitely would not recommend them. Hopefully this review will get their attention. All we ask is for them to come back and to get this corrected.

As a business owner, I do not appreciate this customer bad review we sold and installed an hvac system with a manufacturer warranty and one year of labor through us for the job we did not do the ductwork we recommended duct replacement but declined.
