JIT Landscaping, Inc. is a one stop shop for all of your outdoor projects. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor company specializing in landscape installation, maintenance and clean ups, irrigation installation, excavation, and more. We also provide hardscape installation including concrete, pavers, stone for patios, pathways, fire pits and more. Here at JIT we take pride in getting the job done right the first time! Based in McCleary, WA, we are ready to serve your needs in Grays Harbor, Thurston, Mason, and Lewis counties. Have a job elsewhere and love our work? We will come to you! How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because The owner, Justin Sample, started in the spring of 2018 with a free lawn mower and weed eater. An idea that started with just trying to make extra money, Justin quickly found a strong passion and talent for landscaping maintenance and construction. After completing his Associate’s Degree in Construction at Grays Harbor College, he established his full-time business. He truly enjoys working with people to satisfy them 100%.

They were prompt and very polite! Cut down 2 trees one was in power lines and other one over the house, took down with no problem! On top of that the was awesome.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
