Edgar (Lead) & Carlos of JBR Landscaping did an amazing job on my front yard landscape project.  I requested a quote and quickly received a response from Edgar.  The quote was reasonable and the contract prepared thereafter.  Edgar was approachable,friendly & professional during the entire process.   During our discussion and our desire to have a more clean and low maintenance front yard, Edgar came up with a design plan and plant selection.  Edgar and Carlos were diligently working in removing old bushes and plants.  With my new plants, fresh mulch, and river rock, the front yard now has a grand and pleasing presentation. At project completion, they ensured the entire area was cleaned & cleared of debris.  We are more than satisfied with the work done, we are delighted with the results!   We highly recommend JGR Landscape!   Muchas Gracias to Edgar Jimenez and Carlos for their hard work, especially during this July hot Texas weather.

I want to say that Im really disappointed in this company. The initial job a full clean up of my yard that cost 3K I was pleased with, but it was not completed. I had to have multiple texts to finally get them to come back out and complete the job and do a second mow. Since it took me multiple texts to finally get them out to finish they agree to give me a free mow. At the time of the original job it was discussed that they would do a monthly service on my property for $125 a month. I agreed for them to start taking care of it. After the free mow, it took them almost 5 weeks to come back out to service my property. This was only after a nasty email to the owner. After this mow the owner told me that it was a lot of yard to take care of and that he couldnt do it for the original quoted amount, but that he could do it for $200 a month. His crew would come every two weeks mow, take care of any of the growth that was growing back, weeds, etc. I would then pay $100 every time they would come to service the property. After the cost change it took them another 4 weeks to come back out to do the service, at which time I gave Edgar an ear full about them not coming every two weeks. I guess that wasnt enough, because now it has been 5 weeks and havent seen or heard from them since. This company once they get the money for the initial job they could care less about mine or your business. First and foremost I have to say, I should not have to contact a company to find out when they will be providing service, if we already have an agreement. They should already have me on the schedule as agreed upon. To me this is a real crappy way to earn someones business. I could tell you word of mouth is the best advertisement you could ever get, but when a company does business like this one, they will not get a good review from me nor will I recommend this company to anyone.

Edgar came out right away and gave me an estimate. He was very polite and gave me a good price. The crew was out the next day for leaf cleanup. They did a great job. I will definitely use this company for yard maintenance.

JGR has maintained my lawn and trimmed shrubbery for me since June. Edgar has been very polite and courteous in the initial contact and follow up on service. I now work with Jesse who is usually responsive and has advised on other services.

They were on time but the planter's box I got constructed by them was not sturdy and the wooden boards are falling apart. Not happy with my choice of contractor.

JGR cuts grass, trims trees & bushes in a professional & efficient manner. Edgar was our first contact with JGR he said what they would do to gain our business. True to his word everything was completed exactly as promised. As a US Army disabled veteran, I appreciate the help & integrity.
