Unreliable. They were scheduled to be at my house by 12p. They were not here and no phone to say why. I called the installers at 12:20p; no answer. After 2 attempts I called the owner. He told me they were delayed but would be here by 3p. 3:20p still no show and no call. Again, I called the owner. He said they were just cleaning up would be here shortly. 4:30p I received a call from the owner to say they were still having problems and would not be able to come. He wanted to reschedule. I politely told him, no thank you. He hung up abruptly. Since I was home all day, I wanted to give them a chance. But, when they can not bother to call to advise, I am done.
