The installers arrived on time the day of appointment. They efficiently completed the installation. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up their work area well after the job was completed. I highly recommend this company.

James and his helper were very professional and install the attic fan quickly and expertly. James provided useful information and explained options for "smart operations" clearly. We were definitely happy with the fan.

Unreliable. They were scheduled to be at my house by 12p. They were not here and no phone to say why. I called the installers at 12:20p; no answer. After 2 attempts I called the owner. He told me they were delayed but would be here by 3p. 3:20p still no show and no call. Again, I called the owner. He said they were just cleaning up would be here shortly. 4:30p I received a call from the owner to say they were still having problems and would not be able to come. He wanted to reschedule. I politely told him, no thank you. He hung up abruptly. Since I was home all day, I wanted to give them a chance. But, when they can not bother to call to advise, I am done.
