I have know Miguel since 2017 and he has done 5 large construction jobs for us. He has done it again,this time he has done a complete renovation of our bathroom. It came out outstanding and as usual it was done below cost. Have some jobs for him in thre future.

Miguel and his crew are very knowledgeable and experienced for any home improvement project you want to get done. Miguel and crew will make sure you project is done with perfection. They were on time every day scheduled for projects and were very easy to work with.

I have had Miguel and his company do many things around my home. They are always on time and explain what theyâ re doing and where theyâ re at in the project. Miguel pays attention to details of his work and the others who work for him. I have never worked with a construction company that I have trusted and been as happy with their outcome. Miguel Figueroa of JD Local Builders is our go to person for most all of our major house projects. My husband and I noticed his attention to detail with all of his work. If he isnâ t able to accompany his crew, he comes every day to inspect the work. His crews work efficiently and professionally. We never worry about any trash left over as it is all hauled away.
