James cleaned out my basement this afternoon with his team did not have much in my basement but I could not get anyone to come out with the bad weather we got today he was very nice gentleman and his team was was very respectful I?m definitely be calling jc trash removal for further projects thank you

James and his crew came thru this afternoon with snow on the ground and helped me clean up all the shingles from my roof they were very professional thank you James and your crew god bless

It was agreed that basement would be cleared of construction debris, costing $800 which I paid for via MC. I also needed yard clean up, to include breaking down an old trailer. A small portion of the yard was cleaned then the dump truck became full. This was on a Friday afternoon and James/owner said he would be back on Monday to complete the job. The price for the outdoor clean up was settled for a motorcycle valued at $900. I gave him the motorcycle with the title with the expectation he would be coming back the following Monday. No one showed up Monday. Later that week I called James and was told his truck had broken down in NC and it would take a few days to fix it. The following week I called and texted James with no response. Finally his significant other answered the phone and stated James had an accident and some pins he had in his leg were dislodged. He would not be able to work for awhile. I kept in touch via text message, as no one answers the phone. The VM for the business is not set up, so you can't leave a message. For the next couple of months I left text messages and tried to call with no response. The last message was 1-5-25 and there has been no response. I would like the work completed as promised or the motorcycle with the title returned to me, value $900. Also a small hand truck which I had let them use is missing. I would like it returned. I also gave them several fishing poles and tipped the two helpers $40 via check made out to James company. Hopefully they received it as they did the work while James entertained his lady friend and two young boys. I'm so frustrated with the lack of response from JC Trash Removal and would like compensation.

They arrived promptly and gave a fair estimate of the work and time and completed it all as I was told. It was a major clean out of a home with well over 30 years of accumulated items that none of the beneficiaries wanted. I would certainly use them again.
