This deck was supposed to be done in early September, but it was finally complete in late November. It failed building inspection several time before finally passing. No job coordination, supervision or respect for the customer. I had to instruct the builder to construct the deck so it would meet code. This contractor will lie about the schedule â they are on the wayâ when they arenâ t, he develops a computer drawing when he sells you the job , but submits a hand drawn sketch to the building inspector without your approval. Stay away!!!0

I hired this company and they did a fabulous job. Took Them 1 Week besides Inspections to complete at 1,015 sq ft Deck. Cost Was A Little High But Completely Worth It. I would definitely hire and recommend this company to all my friends. I saw some bad reviews below however im positive those clients were Karen's trying to add more work onto an existing contract. Traye ran the crew and they did an amazing job 10/10.

It took 3 months to finish a 5 day job-resurface existing deck and railing and replace steps-poor quality work-no attention to detail-railings were installed poorly and fell apart-complete new railings were installed-Install new steps,very sloppy-removed steps and did again,still poor quality. I hired a different contractor to remove and install properly. Poor communication-usually late after setting times.This was not building a deck..just resurfacing. I would not recommend...Zero Stars.

I hired this company initially to sand and stain my deck. From the start I emphasized that I had brand new white siding that borders the deck and I wanted to make sure they were extra careful using stain around it. I moved my patio furniture into the grass and away from the job. After they applied the chestnut colored stain it was evident that they used a sprayer and didnâ t protect my siding. As a direct result of their negligence my new siding is covered in splattered dark brown stain. My patio furniture was also somehow damaged, despite being in the grass away from the job. When I asked Traye about this he originally told me mineral spirits would get it off. He then tried scrubbing it with paint thinner and a power washer. Neither were successful. Following the failed attempt to get the stain that is splattered the entire length of my deck off the siding I continuously reached out to Traye to discuss next steps and a resolution. The damage to my property far outweighs the value of the job I initially requested. Still at this moment I have damaged siding and patio furniture. I am hoping the contractor will rectify their negligence and replace the damaged siding.. In addition to the damage the final product of my deck staining is not satisfactory. (Stain uneven, foot prints visible and paint thinner splatter visible) Overall I am very disappointed in the outcome of this project. I hoping Angi and this contractor do the right thing and make this right.

Quotes, contracts and payments were all done electronically, very easy and professional. Once they were on the jobsite, the project was completed in 24 hours from start to finish - minimum disruption of our routine. I strongly recommend Diamond Decking for homeowners in the Lake Country area.

Traye Bentz is very impressive and turned a 3 week project into 4 days. Him and his crew stayed working 72 hours straight no breaks set up lights at night and gave us a beautiful deck. Would recommend 10/10.
