We had a hallway, staircase and two area rugs to be done. The men were focused, hard-working and effective in their work. The work was done efficiently and the results were excellent. Pet stains are gone and the carpets look bright and fresh. Thank you so much! We will invite them back for more.

They cannot REMOVE the dog smell from my carpets, even though they deodorized them!

Island Wide Cleaning Contractors prides ourselves in our quality of work and customer service. We were shocked by the review that this customer had given us. We fit him into our schedule as he stated this was urgent to get done. When our technician arrived, the carpet had 4 piles of dog feces, and was saturated with urine right down to the padding. Our technician removed the feces and proceeded to clean, disinfect and sanitize the carpet to our best abilities. But, due to the amount of saturation of urine, the padding and carpet need to be removed and replaced. We pride ourselves in our quality of service, professionalism and customer service!
