He arrived in a timely manner, & after changing a part, he left & said he had to see about obtaining another part. Said he would call the following day when he found out if he could obtain the part. We have not heard from him since and are dissapointed that he has not had the courtesy to call with an update. We realize that he may be very buzy because of the crazy weather we have been having. We called him again last Thursday 1-7-2010 but have also had no return call. We will call again on Monday & give him till the end of the day. Will then be contacting someone else to do our repair or replacement.

He came to my house about 30 minutes after we spoke. They sold us the AC and installed it. Very satisfied with their work.

Pete responded to my loss of A/C rapidly and diagnosed the problem within a short amount of time. Our A/C was up and running in no time and we were cool again. Pete responded in a professional way. I will hire him again.

Pete was late and didn't call to let me know. I had to call him. He was very professional and let me know everything he was doing along they way, with various cost options for me to consider. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him.
