Did the work on very short notice. Very careful with excellent clean up.

After hiring Isaac McMillan and one of his crews, this one led by the truly amazing Alejandro, to paint both the exterior and interior of my home, four days later, I could not be happier. Our home was built in 1957 and hasnâ t been painted in 12 years. It has shifted due to the clay, and there were cracks in the ceilings and walls. It has the old style swirly textured pattern everywhere, and we have had some repair work done over the years that were real hack jobs, and stood out like a sore thumb. Then we had insulation put in last summer and they made 96 holes in our walls all around the circumference of the interior and very poorly patched and re-textured them. Alejandro got things looking as close to perfect as possible given the situation. The only thing better wouldâ ve been to totally re-texture all the walls but we just couldnâ t afford that. I donâ t think anyone walking in our house would ever notice the difference. Both Isaac and Alejandro were quick and easy to communicate with. The paint lines are straight and neat (Iâ m a bit of a perfectionist), and they were very nice and open to anything l noticed that I felt needed touching up. I mean itâ s impossible to expect people doing a job this big with so many repairs to notice every little thing and I know I probably drove him crazy by not waiting for him to actually be done before pointing a few things out. But each time he said, I can fix that, with a smile on his face. Home renovation is not for the faint of heart. Things happen. Paint looks different in different light. It takes more coats to cover a wall than you think. Which, he did not charge me for. New cracks are discovered that you never even noticed. I even changed my mind about a color for a small area at the back of some shelves, and it was all taken in stride. All I know is my house looks great, better than I ever imagined it would, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. They are good people. Third generation family business.

Issac is a careful to inform his customers about the work he is about to do. He is also careful to do whatever has been promised. He is prompt and inspires the confidence of his customers. I highly recommend him and his crew for asphalt resealing.

My not quite 2 year old driveway was starting to put. I contacted Isaac McMillan and Son. Family company, very personal and explained to me what was happening and they power washed, repaired one seam that had cracked and also did my front semi circle and door stoop. The stoop and step had 3 seam cracks which they repaired and it was pitted from ice melt, before I knew that it was bad for concrete. Two coats of sealing on all and this will keep the concrete from moisture absorbing and stop pitting. VERY PLEASED with their WORK, KNOWLEDGE and PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Isaac the owner, very knowledgeable of our needs to resurface our blacktop driveway. He fixed our cracks beautifully. And then put an oil base sealer on top that brought our driveway back to looking new. I would highly recommend using him very easy to work with. And the price was extremely reasonable.

Isaac reached out to me and was very through in his presentation of what he would do to get our painting project completed. Power washing the house and repairs made to the siding were on point. While not the cheapest bid, Isaac still gave good value for the money paid.
