Reviews
Write a ReviewHired I25 Mechanical for multiple jobs and quality decreased over time. Ramsey replaced the boiler for us, and we are now in the tough position of the regional building inspector making a mistake and passing something that should not have passed. PPRB admitted their mistake in writing and when this was provided to Ramsey, his response was "he's not paying". The boiler shut itself off repeatedly because it was not installed correctly, and short cuts were taken by Ramsey. In the end he basically said "these things happen and I'm not paying" Ramsey insists that because it passed he's off the hook even though it was still warrantied. He also refused to do any more work or pay for repairs because we got a second opinion who did not touch anything, just examined the system and recommended I contact Ramsey. The next day when Ramsey came out, he denied that technicians findings and was extremely adversarial, only to later admit that the technicians findings were correct. We had to pay a third company (due to availability) to re-pipe the errors and restore heat to our home because the boiler kept shutting itself off all winter. The problem wasn't a faulty boiler, the problem was faulty installation. There were several factors that caused us to keep losing heat. I25 Paperwork guarantees the installation and equipment, Ramsey said the boiler company is the one to warrantee the work, not him. He sent me a bill for a service call while still within his warrantee, I challenged the charge due to the warranty, and he now claims he wrote it off like he was the good guy. Our invoice states that he performed work that he admits not doing in his correspondence. Piping had to be removed and reinstalled per manufacturer's specifications, and the boiler itself significant parts replacement because it had overheated. Avoid this company.
Very fast response time, had my HVAC back up and running in 1 day including getting a new part that was needed
Ramsey was extremely professional. They fit me in early when my furnace went out in the winter. Fixed my furnace without even needing any parts. Such amazing service and price! I'll hire them in the future FOR SURE.
