The salesman presentation was impressive. Working with the Project Managers Craig and Angel was the best. They stayed true to their word and if they gave you their promise of anything, it was delivered. This truly was the best experience ever working with a contractor and I would not hesitate to use Craig and Angel again. You will not be disappointed!!!

Team was great. Mike the install manager was super nice and his team worked with us on everything and Angel and Doug the project managers were awesome and made sure everything was perfect and up to and exceeding our expectations.

I was nervous to start a kitchen remodel project. I heard and read the horror stories about the experiences of others. I discovered Auros as a recommendation from the internet and had my first meeting with Georgi Tudoroiu, the designer, soon after receiving the recommendation. She took the time to talk about the company and the approach to a remodel. We looked at the website together to also gain more knowledge about the company. She had samples for every aspect of the kitchen remodel to pull together the look and she took initial measurements. This meeting produced visuals and a quote for the project. Georgi and Bob Schdenberger, the project manager, returned for a second meeting. Measurements and sample picks were finalized. These first two meetings set the tone for the entire project. I felt like the attention to details for the project put me at ease that I was working with a professional and knowledgeable team. The materials used for the project were abundant for the project and very high quality. Throughout the project there was constant communication with me whether it was with the office manager or project managers. The schedule was 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. This was a big selling point during the initial meetings and the team didn't disappoint with the schedule. I also had flooring installed and there was great coordination between the kitchen remodel team and the flooring team. I'm so pleased I worked with Auros Home Remodel. The work was timely and professional. If I had questions during the project, the response time was quick. I highly recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Auros was easy to work with. Everyone from Sales, demo and installers, plumbing and scheduling were very helpful and exceeded all expectations We are very happy with our remodel.

The design/sales rep was spot on with what I wanted.The cabinet and Plummer were amazing. TCountertop installer did a great job. Flooring company had an amazing boss that made sure everything was perfect

I just had my kitchen redone and it looks stunning! Everyone that we worked with throughout this project was helpful and professional. The installers were exceptional and treated our house like their own. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend!
