Customer Service was top. Did have to pick-up stranded new tile straps, screws and nails even though the crew did a good job overall.

Project started out well. Owner Carl was very responsive. Job was completed quickly, in 2 days and they followed up afterward to add more rivets. As expected, I had some leaks and Carl came back himself to do some caulking. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem and I had a huge flood of water coming in to my lanai. Suddenly, Carl was not responding to my texts and videos of the leaks. The work was done in early March. I have not heard back from Carl in a month when he said he was sorry for the problem and would send someone back as soon as possible. I am extremely disappointed and angry as he was paid in full at the end of the project per the agreement.

I am very pleased with the service that Integrity Roofing. They came out inspected the leaking on my bathroom and determined the cause of the leak and have the roof fixed on the second days.

Karl made a competitive bid and followed up on every step of the process. Compared to other companies who were doing roof work in my community, Integrity was far superior. I had my roof completed while some people waited weeks for their tiles to be delivered. I watched these same homes have their tiles, once delivered, sit on their roof days and weeks before being installed. From the time I signed the contract to the completion of my roof (including waiting for permits and inspections), my roof project was completed in six weeks. You won't be disappointed with Integrity. Because of the great service I received, three neighbors in my community have now had Integrity do their roof replacement also. That's a good recommendation on its own.
