He did an excellent job keeping on task with the cold snap. Clean and neat. I would recommend based on my experience.

Be careful, the owner - Dana L Williams is shady and will avoid you and make constant excuses. I signed a contract for boiler installation 12-11-2023 at Dana's business location and paid him by check the same day for the requested $7000.00 deposit to cover the cost of the materials. He has continuously put off the installation and never showed up to do the work. After many attempts to schedule a date for him to do the work. On August 12th 2024 I first asked for a refund of my deposit to have someone else do the work before heating season as he was still avoiding setting a date to do the work. It is now 10-21-2024 and I still have not been refunded my deposit. He has floated my deposit for almost a full year now and I have nothing to show for it and am unable to have the work completed by someone else until I have my substantial deposit refunded.

we were without our ac for a week working thru a home warranty company that wanted to try fix our 23 year old, rusted out ac unit instead of replacing it, We would have had to wait three more weeks until they found a part for this old unit. I went to Home Advisor as we decided to replace the unit ourselves. They gave us Integrity's name. They called us that day... they gave us a price that day and we had our new ac unit two days later.. as promised.. The crew arrived when promised and installation was done within 4 hours. They were professional and very friendly, We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any future HVAC needs.

Installers were great to work with. Did not get upset with all the questions we asked. When they were done everything looked great. Only company willing to put the central air equipment in the basement. Will recommend them to anyone for air condition / heating. Charlie A. Grantville Pa.

They were quick to call back and set everything up. Installation was done within the time frame they set without running over. The price was very reasonable for the work done. Definitely will recommend them to anyone looking into getting this kind of work done.

Prompt and courteous. Informative and discussed at length the project, the choices, and was genuinely interested in meeting the need in the best time possible. My wife and I reached out to Integrity this past summer as we gathered quotes for a mini-split purchase and installation. Dana replied to my message almost immediately and was at my home a few days later. A day or so after that I had the quote and after my wife and I discussed the project we decided to go with Integrity. I must have asked Dana 1000 questions pertaining to this install and he answered each one honestly and quickly. Bryan and Jesse arrived in early September with the equipment for the project. Despite a headache or 2 along the way (very old home), they completed the project in a timely and efficient manner, yet not to rush and compromise the quality of the finished product. I told Dana right from the start that a quality product and a clean install were the most important factors to us and Bryan and Jesse knocked it out of the park! What a beautiful install. Dana even stopped by on the second day of the project to see if we had any concerns with the nearly finished product. Thatâ  s customer service. My wife and I could not be happier with our new mini-split. Integrity was extremely prompt and responsive, offered a fair price and did a beautiful install.
