Highly recommend Installation services for basement/home remodel projects. This is a one stop shop for everything construction/home projects. They have a complete team, skilled and very knowledgeable group, exactly what we were looking for. Management is very responsive and keeps you posted on status and next steps. Stuck to our schedule and completed on time and on budget (as estimated). Could not be happier!

Installations Services LLC is not only a leader in home renovation, they support multiple government contracts. They offer a variety of specialized services which is second to none ranging from office renovations, building sanitation and complete rebuilds. Corrinne and Buds' team provided me a complete basement remodel which exceeded my expectations. They have industry standard experts such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC certified specialist and their painters and drywall techs are second to none. I highly recommend this company, they completed my project on time, within my budget and final result was unbelievable. I reside in Northern Virginia and happy to back up this review and give them a 5.0 rating. Make no mistake, this is not a paid Amazon review, I am a very happy customer and plan on using them for various home renovations in the future.

Corrine and Bud were very transparent and fair with estimate and pricing. They were patient and readily provided customer service. The 4.5 star is attributed to sometimes experiencing lack of communication in between stages of work being performed. The final project turned out great and I would not hesitate to hire them again!

We had a great experience with Installation Services LLC! They were helpful from start to finish and explained the process as we went. We redid a finished space and finished an unfinished space in our basement. The project turned out great!

They were a great team to work with and the estimate was fair. I don't know why they stopped responding and left some projects incomplete. For example, I spoke with Bud over an hour about basement pole covers and he sent me a catalog to choose what I wanted. In the end they put up ugly basic store covers and ignored any question I had about the specialty order. The big things, such as electricity and plumbing, seem to be fine (job finished a couple of months ago).

Corrinne and Bud were very accommodating. Their team did great work. We love our newly remodeled, all-season garage. They also installed a laundry room vent fan, installed recessed lighting and ceiling fans in our bedroom, changed our our furnace room door, and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. This was our second large project with them and we've already requested a quote on a bathroom remodel.

We were very pleased throughout the entire project. They finished our basement--adding: bedroom with an egress window, bathroom, laundry room and living space. They were quick and patient to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. I was kept informed of when someone would be working (which was almost every day) and what they would work on. The crew took into consideration how we were going to use the space and made some great recommendations (which we appreciate). We are so glad we went with this company. We can not say enough good things about our experience with them and how the project turned out.

From bidding to the final inspection, Bud Wilson and his crew had been very knowledgeable, transparent and professional in their work. Our project was remodeling of a 1500 sq. Feet unfinished basement with building egress windows and walkout with stairs. I could not be happier with the work quality and quantity. They took longer due to supply chain disruptions due to COVID-19 related issues. The crew was always wearing proper safety gear and ensured safety of themselves and others. The best part about working with Bud was that he always advised in our best interest and not for what is most convenient or most profitable. I had couple of changes which Bud made with minimum rework. All the inspections were passed on time and without any hiccups. I have gotten so many compliments from the friends and family on design, layout, quality and space utilization of the basement. I could not be happier and would run to Bud if I have additional construction needs.

Installation Services exceed my expectations.Their workmen were professional and politie. They showed up everyday ready to work. Any issues or questions I had were promptly addressed and taken care of. I absolutely love our basement renovation. I would definitely recommend them.
