I kept his emails, texts, calls. He said he wanted to come out and give me an estimate. Didn't give me any estimates but asked for $100 before he left and said he would be back this week. I asked for a detailed receipt for description for what the $100 was to be used. Never received an invoice, just an amount he charged. He isn't taking my calls. He also calls his company by another name, Superior Property Services which was shown on one of his emails He didn't do any work here, said he didn't have the tools but would call me and schedule an appointment. This provider was more interested in asking questions how much things cost at my business. All his emails, phone calls and texts wanting to come out and then didn't want to do anything.. Ryan McCormick; provider avoided giving me any estimates when asked and really didn't seem interested in fixing anything. Everything project I showed him and told him what I needed to be done he would respond saying did I care how it looked when it was done. I wasn't hiring anyone that was going to do a sloppy job and be paid for it. As a business owner felt like the provider had scammed me by his dishonesty. I will go to the credit card company to dispute the charge if the provider doesn't give me a full refund.

I spoke with Kathy about multiple handyman projects and advised her of my $100 trip fee that trip fee covers the first hour and one trip to the hardware store. I arrived at her 17 acre farm and spoke with her for 2 hours about all the small projects on her property. It was numerous projects at least 1 full day or multiple days worth so I explained to her that while I'm here to make your trip fee worth it I'll fix your exterior door and gate and explained that the door needed to be replaced but I can get it working again setting expectations on quality. Repaired both those items she inspected them and was happy. I explained to her that I would

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
