    RUN AWAY!!!! I believe Innovation Grounds is the perfect name for this business, when it comes to bad quality work, these guys are incredibly innovative! I hired Innovation Grounds to finish a stucco job on my outdoor kitchen. At first, these guys were amazing! I contacted them on Thursday, December, 29, 2022, and by Friday they were there conducting work. The crew even came on December 31st to finish it up. However, a little more than a month after the application of the stucco, it completely cracked and fell apart-- pictures for illustration. That is when the nightmare started. I contacted Innovation Grounds to amicably resolve the issue, and their resolution was to charge me an additional $400 dollars PLUS material to have the crew come and redo the work-- I had already paid $822 originally. After talking to a manager, it was decided that I would only be in charge of materials, they would provide labor for free. Remember how fast they were back in December? Yeah, that was not the case this time. It took them a month and a half to get ONE person over to my place to redo the work. I did notmind waiting since this was a no-revenue work, the frustration came with the amount of times they scheduled, and no one showed up. Finally when the person came over to fix the stucco (we had agreed on tearing apart the previously installed stucco, reapply with metal mesh) the guy simply PATCHED the cracked parts. The area where my smoker sits was completely ruined, and the stucco professional simply put stucco AROUND my smoker-- please see picture for a little comic relief. When I called to discuss my dissatisfaction, I had already lost faith they could deliver a high quality work, so I asked for my money back. I was told that they do not provide refunds, instead, they provide 100% satisfaction guarantee, which I find very funny. Now I was quoted $1500 from another company to fix the innovative stucco work Innovation Ground did. The last I heard from them, I was offered $400 back, which I found insulting given the laughable work they did. If you enjoy being mentally healthy, if you like to be happy, if you like good quality work, if you like to be 100% satisfied, you should look elsewhere.
