    Hired for a painting job and now I wish I had just done it myself. I spent 1-2 hours after he left doing my own touch ups to avoid further mess. Needed two coats, which was discussed but not done. Paint on the ceiling, front door (not supposed to be.). Also, quoted one price and then changed what he said it covered. Overall, wouldn't use again for a painting project and am disappointed.

    let's go point by point. I asked customer to point out any touch ups at the end, which I did. 2 coats was never planned on because customer only bought 5 gallons of paint. Paint on the cieling was from me trying to touch up the old paint from the previous paint job. Paint on the door was just a mistake that is easily correctable, unless you're supposed to cover all those as well as the new carpet. was quoted for 9 hours of work and it actually became 14 hours. Customer got a bargain, imo.
