Where’s the 6th star? Our garage door spring broke and the door wouldn’t open. They came out after hours, it was fixed in 30 minutes and for a very fair price. The technician even showed my very curious 5 year old what he was doing. Highly recommend!

A month ago, My garage door spring and wire suddenly broke down. I was devastated since I was already stressed and tired from fixing the interior water damage by myself. Finding the right (quality & price) technician was additional stress; I had to check reviews, call, make an appointment, show the issue, and make a final decision. Luckily, I found Eli with "In & Out Garage Door." He gave me a reasonable estimate price at the beginning by texting, and the final cost was a little higher after seeing the issue, but it's been explained because a few more parts were added. It was very understandable. He came back with parts on time and finished the job neatly. I was pleased and satisfied. Today, I had to call him again for another issue. He was updated on his arrival time and showed up on time, as promised. He educated me about what caused the problem and adjusted the garage door opener to solve the issue for free since no parts were used and it took a short time. I was so impressed by his honesty and kindness. That's the reason I am writing this review for him. He will be my go-to technician for future issues, and I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends.
