William and his co-worker stained our small deck and stairs and repaired an area of weather-damaged masonry on our stucco house. Both jobs were done with care and for a fair price. I especially appreciate how William communicates with his customers, explaining what he does, texting with updates, and providing a detailed contract. I've already hired him for another job based on his good work and his careful assessment of what needed to be done to fix a porch door that won't close properly.

William is a very skilled professional. He repaired my porch fabulously and for a very fair price. This required repair to the facia, the draining and to resurface the flat roof with silicone. Because we had a long period of hot weather mixed with wet weather it took longer than I would have liked, but the quality and price were great.

Had to fire the two people in the end. They never turned up when they were scheduled to. They have covered all appliances in paint. They did not clear up at the end of the day, leaving paint cork, etc. all over the house. They did not cork before staining. The paint has drips and bubbles. They cut a hole out of the wall to match paint which they did not succeed in doing. They broke an interior box of a dimmer switch and an electrician had to fix it. Their work will all have to be redone by an actual professional costing more than what the whole job should have cost.

This customer, was in the process of moving, she wanted a quick job which I priced her for and then she attempted to get a custom paint job. Customer did not return phone calls, Customer had me paint the stairwell while in the process of moving which they damaged the work and it had to be done again. No prep made for the work have pictures to show what a mess I had to work around.
