Whoever we have been in contact with has been extremely increasingly rude, barely responsive flat out unprofessional. We get told someone coming? then no one shows up. Multiple times. Then this person calls us a pain/rude etc just for reaching out about when someone is going to come finish the job that they have now dragged out for 20 days. We have not been rude or nasty towards anyone we have been in contact with, via text or in person. The lack of communication has been beyond ridiculous. They give you no choice but to keep asking them ?when will someone be coming? etc. They leveled the area for the patio July 3rd, had us thinking the rest of the crew was coming to finish the job all day, a little after 10 am I was told they were going to get their equipment and head my way?. And no one shows. The 4th a couple guys come frame the area. Then finally on the 11th they come and do the concrete pour. Everything is on THEIR time when they feel like coming, ESPECIALLY after paid.

I hired this company to do some concrete work and they done an excellent job. The crew showed up and finished earlier than expected. the entire team was great.from start to finish.

Working with this company to have a concrete slab poured was very difficult. More than ten times they told me they would be out to do work, and then they did not show up or reach out to offer any explanation. One crew built most of the forms, then several weeks later a different crew tore them down and started over. They ordered concrete to come to my home when the site was not prepared (the form was incomplete and there were piles of gravel) and no workers were on hand, leaving me to pay thousands of dollars for concrete that could not be used. In the end, after a lot of struggle - including several conversations with Angi's List - the job was completed and the company upheld their word. The project (from the time we agreed on a quote until they finally sealed the concrete) took four months and cost more than the amount quoted. The person in charge claims they have had problems retaining employees and intend to improve in the future. I hope that they do.
