This is the first time I encountered a person that was commited to doing a job to perfection.

They didn't come on scheduled time and when guy came, he did not have ladder. Finally, he came next day and cleaned dryer vent without putting camera from roof. I am not sure even my dryer is cleaned.

I took more time vacuuming my carpet before HydraDry arrived to shampoo it. This kid took no extra effort on spots. The carpet in my den and master bedroom smell MORE like dog AFTER he shampooed! I asked about dyeing the carpet and he came up with more excuses as to why he WOULDN'T dye it, one more ridiculous than the next! First, he said we had to dye darker (which I figured), but couldn't go from burgundy to chocolate brown because it was lighter? No it's not! Then I asked about black and he said he didn't have black, then he couldn't just stop at the end of the hall, but had to do the entire carpeted area. Just plain lazy!

I'm not the type of person to complain, but was very upset with the results I got from HydraDry. The service tech was very nice, but the same spots we hired them to remove in the first place were still left behind after the carpet cleaning. We sprayed some cleaning solution on the spots ourselves, and they came right up. I feel like I wasted $200.00, and will never use or recommend this company to anyone.
