I was amazed that the Huntsman representative showed up exactly when he said he would. He immediately identified the location of the trapped animals, removed them at some risk to himself, and cleaned up afterwards. Despite a pouring rain, he also went up on the roof and replaced the chimney cap. Nothing dettered him from doing his tasks!

Huntsman followed thru with their appointment on time and called me afterwards with the results. They were very customer service oriented. While I didn't need to hire them for wildlife removal because no problem was found, I would highly recommend them and consider them in the future if I have a wildlife problem.

Very professional and was really first rate. He came out the day I called for an estimate and completed the job the next day. We communcated only over the phone but he genually seemed to a very nice guy. The weather was 97+ the day he came out for an estimate buy he hardly even mentioned it and had a calm friendly disposition. Would recommend him anytime to everyone.

The owner came out the same day I called and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are a little pricey, but they did a great job. They even quickly came out again when we realized that some of the birds were still in our ceiling.

We had a squirrel in our attic and were pleased with the service offered by Huntsman. Brendan was informative and helpful and they were the only company that didn't need to catch the squirrel - they placed a cage on the outside that allowed the critter to go out but not get back in. It initially worked but after about 4 months the squirrel is back. The service was guaranteed for 6 months so we have called Brendan many times and left VM and sent emails and he has not responded to a single call. Very very unprofessional and worthy of poor rating and would never recommend. Why give a warranty if you're not going to honor it?? Very dissapointing.

had bird nest in the soffit on the back of my house - Brian came to give me an estimate and took care of the job while he was here - price was a little higher than I expected, but so far so good - birds are gone.
