I would change the company name to Top Notch Home Inspectors. I have worked with other home Inspectors in the past and none were as thorough as Hummingbird. Excellent communication, scheduling, and the price point is excellent. I was onsght fir the entire inspection, they included me and explained everything. I would not go with anyone else!!
