Contractor was unable to make the repair and instead simply revised prior poor quality repair. Patch is extremely apparent and will now need to seek a more qualified contractor.

Customer was not charged for repair attempt. Never contacted us after repair. Repair was done to painters satisfaction.

Tim Hughes was a delight to work with. He had great suggestions to questions I had about details on the project. His work was professional and personal. His workers were also very good. My plaster ceiling job was somewhat complicated but was done to my complete satisfaction. I rate the completed job 5 stars, but more importantly, Tim Hughes is a 5 star guy.

Would highly recommend them. Contacted him and within an hour heard back from him and actually came out that day to look at the problem. Was there in a matter of days to fix. No mess. Tim did an excellent job.... Would hire him again...

He called me on Sunday, and came out that afternoon. I explained my situation of our glitch in our remodeling job we were in process of. Very nice to work with and very professional. Would absolutely have him do more work for me in future.
