They found my septic tank lid which was hidden and did a great job

Price was reasonable, they were super responsive and quick, the gentleman who came out and did the service was very nice and explained everything, and they fit us in the day before Thanksgiving! Will continue to use them for sure.

I would give them ten stars if possible. I highly recommend their service. Great people and great work.

Price was around average, according to my neighbor. Considering I had an emergency, and he was responsive and sent a team to me right away, I would definitely hire them again. Prompt service isn't so easy to find in upstate New York.

They were excellent. Arrived the same day that I called. We had no idea where our tank was located (it was not anywhere near where we were told it was when we bought the house) so it took longer to find it than anticipated. So they had to call in the heavy equipment and came back within a couple of hours. By end of day it had been located and septic was pumped and all holes (there were several) were covered and yard was left in as good shape as possible. It was a job that I had been dreading and had put off until I couldn't put it off any longer. Friendly service and a great company. I will certainly use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I would hire this company again, without hesitation. I called them to request a septic tank pumping. Even though they had a very full schedule (since they were also servicing the county fair along with other businesses and private homes), they managed to fit me into their schedule, The young man who did the digging was professional and took the time to answer all the many questions I asked him. The actual pumping took little time. This was a project I was dreading having done, but it was done well and in a timely fashion. Great company!!
