Oct.2016: 1st time customer and like normal was at first very skeptical, calling for just replacement of a leaking gutter. Meeting was set up quickly and worked with us scheduling. Very professional and a wonderful person. Oh yes,I had a quote from "down-town"...I could tell they don't like small jobs. Thank you Dean! You saved our foundation!

Dean did an excellent job repairing a gutter that a mini-ex hit when replacing a sewer line. His pricing was within our budget, he gave great advice, explanations and recommendations on how/why he was doing what he was doing. He called back right away and called the one time he was running a little late.We would use him again and refer to any of our customers that need gutter install/repairs.

I agree with other raters that Dean was very prompt in contacting me and getting my job done, which was a very small job. He did good quality work at a very reasonable price. He did what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it. Highly recommended!

Dean was punctual when he came to give me an estimate and when he came again yesterday to replace a section of damaged gutter. He was very professional throughout taking the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions my wife or I had. He actually moved up my date to repair the gutter as rain was forecasted and has arrived. No leaks in the gutter or the window well he patched for me. I would recommend Dean for any work you may need to have done!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
