Choice Home Warranty sent "Jonathan Riggs" from House Doctor, LLC to our home to make a repair of a water heater. He suggested replacing to a tankless water heater. I was out of town and my wife gave him half the deposit. He left no receipt and now has disappeared. We believe we are being ripped off. Choice refuses to assist. He has multiple addresses for. his business and multiple names. The Florida Sunbiz registration shows a business address of 121 NE 3RD STREET APT 1102 FT LAUDERDALE, FL 33301 US, but this website shows an $800k home at 20118 Palm Island drive, Boca Raton, FL.

Avoid this company at all cost. The owner tells you he will show up for a job and does not. Water heater needed repair and there was no hot water. I was advised that he would come out to the property on Tuesday 11/21 and he did not show. After follow-up it was advised he would come out to property on Wednesday 11/22. After numerous calls and text no one showed to fix the problem. It was advised late in the day on 11/22 that he would come out on 11/23, once again no show... When appointment window of 11-2 came up company was a no show. Numerous calls and text were placed. Instead of showing up this contractor did everything he could to avoid coming out to the property. First they asked for image of water heater and serial number of water heater. Keep in mind the tech had yet to diagnose a problem with the water heater and has yet to come out. When asked if parts were available he said they would not be available until Monday. The owner could have simply stated they don't have the time to visit property and diagnose and saved everyone time. Due to the lack of professionalism I wanted to be sure that future customers were aware of how this company treats potential customers. Stay away at all costs.

If I could give minus stars, I would. This company is a fraud and tried to abscond with nearly $3,000 of my money until I reported them to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. They should immediately be dropped as an referral!

Excellent company! These guys get the job done!!! I placed a late call and their concierge service put a man on the job immediately. They were quick, efficient, and most of all honest. Their work is reliable and the staff are very professional and friendly. Rob was excellent! Heâ s was polite and very knowledgeableâ ¦. And most of all, provided on the spot resolutions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! !
