The technician was very knowledgeable, and spent much time upfront with me during walkthru going over the various project requirements without assurance of receiving the contract. The work involved donated funds for a church rectory and Hometown was happy to itemize the work in levels so we could choose what was affordable overall to the church. The quality of the installed work was very good, and improvements were made based upon good suggestions from the technician. I liked the fact that the one I walked thru with upfront also did the install; it was a not a salesperson who wouldn't be involved with the job later on.

I'm very happy with the service. I needed two exterior faucets replaced. Non-emergency work. Someone was at my house in about an hour and a half to provide a free estimate. I was satisfied with the appraisal and scheduled the work. The plumber arrived on time. He was friendly, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself. He used what appears to be high quality parts.

This company came by and looked at the job without any obligation on my part. I could have said no without obligation. I really think that is a good option that they offer. I checked the company out on line and also had one other company give me a price for the job. Since the price estimates were close, I decided to give hometown plumbing the job. They showed up on time and finished the job without any major problems. I would recommend them to my neighbors.
