    Very professional installation of my Koehler Walk-in tub, removing and re installing my cupboard that was in the way. Bob III, Shawn, and Kenny worked very hard on this project in a small bathroom. Exceptional quality work. Bob always kept in touch and was great with instruction on the use of every aspect of my walk-in tub! I am truely enjoying my tub!!!

    14 weeks and have not seen or heard from them on my project. And they have received 1/3 payment in advance. Highly questionable company at this point. Next step my lawyer.

    I was able to work well with their sales representative to get exactly what i wanted in their Kohler WAlk-in Tub. The price was reasonable and I got every possible premium discount allowed - no KIDDING! - to get a great pricing and a very reasonable monthly payment plan. The installers were very respectful of getting it installed in ONE day and keeping the clutter down to a bare minimum. The team arrived by 8 am and were done in record time - my space was tight and they got it in! Kudos guys!!!!!!!! Roy answered all of our questions and reviewed cleaning ritual. The team also made sure that the debris from my previous tub and toilet were appropriately removed and taken away with them, We never had any project completed so cleanly and timely. THANKS HomeSmart for sending us such a savvy work team! OUR PROJECT IS DONE!

    Our walk in tub installation was a huge success made possible by Henry, Jon, and Jimmy. They arrived on-time, worked diligently and professionally, and were respectful of our house as they worked. Never a sign that they were here with the way they cleaned up.     Roy and Mike were scheduled to arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 Arrived a little before 8. Great team effort; courteous and professional. Kept us informed of installation progress. Answered all questions regarding plumbing and electrical structural modifications. Demonstration and instructions on usage were through. Exceeded expectations regarding completion timing. Finished in one (1) day.
