The team at MDM was extremely responsive to all inquiries in relation to a kitchen remodel job they did for me. The communication was clear and concise regarding price, timing and scope of the work being performed. Each team that was sent out for the different components involved in the project was respectful and professional and their work product was exemplary. I’m a student at CSUN working on a group project on a development project in the greater Los Angeles area and my groups and I chose a property of MDM Development. I reached out to them through the contact us on their website and within the same day, I got a response. Milo was kind enough to take time out of his day to share his knowledge with us. It is very clear that when it comes to the development process and hard work, Milo and his team are the right people to go to. Not only was I able to get the sense for how a development project works but I got a sense for how MDM works and I can confidently say that they have the knowledge and the grit to do it.

I hired MDM Developments to replace all the windows in my home, but ended up using them to fix a portion of my roof as well. Milo and Martin did a fantastic job. I worked with MDM Developments last year to add an extra room to our home. Their business wasnâ t on the internet before so this review is overdue. Martin and Milo helped convert my covered patio into a private bedroom with its own bathroom and its own entrance. Price was very reasonable and the work was done faster than I expected. The extra room is producing rental income so Iâ m very happy with the results.

Whole process was quick. Submitted my plans for an ADU and got a response quickly. Price was good compared to other contractors. Milo started the project immediately. Very happy with the outcome.

I wanted to just add an extra room and bathroom but got more then expected! The work and craftsmanship is amazing, the quality and the little details are beautifully done. I will definitely be using MDM Developments again for any home improvements I need done in the future
