Multiple problems with our LVP flooring: broke our $700 blinds, installers were rude, installed the wrong underlayment and now our floor is breaking up. Called 12+ times over past 2 years to get resolution and a bunch of promises but never resolution. Now as of 4/24/24 AZ Family investigation shows 18 ROC complaints, license revoked and business is shut down. Still dealing with flooring issue and trying to eliminate financing due to issues with the company not operating anymore.

Installers were not careful with my furniture and they were unprofessional. It took two days to install 4 bedrooms and a dining room. They left carpet fibers all over my driveway. I would not use them again.

I have a 2900sf home with old saltillo tile in it. I wanted to replace it, but was hesitant due to knowing how messy it would be to remove it. I had family coming to town in less than 2 weeks, and really wanted to have it done prior to their arrival. I made an apt, they came out the same day. They started to install the next day. Their salesman JD, was very knowledgeable, and patient with us on educating what is best for our home and helping to calm our nerves about the demo process. The installers were very professional and did dustless tile removal. The system is called dustless, but there is still dust, just a lot less of it. Either way, they were very meticulous and there was not much dust. I was very impressed with them and the process. John, from customer care, called us twice a day to check in and make sure everything was going great. At the final walkthrough they found some things not perfect and came back within a day to fix it. Then to top it off, they gave us free air duct cleaning and free professional cleaner when the job was done. They went above and beyond and finished that big job just over a week and in time for my family to see my new home. I would definitely use them again and will recommend Healthy Home Flooring to everyone.

I purchased new floors for my 3500 Sq. Ft. home. I was worried that the process would be painful but Healthy Home Flooring made the process simple. They were on time and ready to go every day. Healthy Home Flooring installed around 2600 sq ft of Gold Mountain Accent Pine throughout my entire home and it is absolutely beautiful.
