Outstanding workmanship and professionalism! Dan was in constant communication with information related to daily schedules, materials, and next steps. He patiently answered my questions and when concerns arose, he helped problem solve. Additionally, Jose, a member of his team worked with care and precision. Jose's detail work was flawless and when he saw that something wasn't quite right, he made sure it was corrected. If Kelly Homes had a motto, it might be "Good enough isn't".They never "settled" for "good enough". Their work was flawless and raises the bar for others in the industry to strive for. If you are planning a major remodel I would highly recommend including Dan Kelly in your contractor search. He has done many jobs for us, our family, and close friends. They have been from major multi-room remodels, which included kitchens, bathrooms, and other living areas, to smaller home remodel / repair jobs. Everyone has been extremely pleased with the outcomes of their projects. He provides fair quotes and is excellent at communicating with you during the project. Dan's extensive construction knowledge coupled with his high integrity make him an excellent contractor to speak to when planning a construction project.

Daniel was very professional, always on time, and responded quickly to questions. He gave excellent advice (even about color selection, although he always stressed the choice should be what made us happy). In addition to painting our bathroom, Dan also made minor repairs to our kitchen cabinets and replaced the caulk in our tub/shower. We look forward to having him design and build the gate for our driveway. We have every confidence in his workmanship and honesty.
