Steve is very personable, and he listens to your concerns. He explains what he is doing and is efficient in his work. I had to have my ceiling repaired, the sheetrock came down, and insulation fell to the ground. He shuffled his schedule to get me in as an emergency.

A surprising and most welcome outcome, as opposed to other home improvement experiences. Steve is more than competent, and also a bit meticulous about his work. His rates are fair, and he sticks by his estimates. He is also punctual, and works in a timely manner, always cleaning the work area as he goes and especially as he finishes. Extremely friendly and easy to get along with, all the while remaining professional and focused on the job at hand . He is very knowledgeable in just about all aspects of construction, and I would recommend hiring him in a heartbeat. We did, and will be doing so again.

Mr. Kimball was very professional, he did a great job on my attic ladder install. Mr. Kimball stated it will take him 3 hrs to complete and he was dead on the spot. He completed the job by himself, when a lot of other contractors told me it was a 2 man job. The attic ladder looks great and he cleaned up everything when he was done. I highly recommend Mr. Kimball for your contractor jobs around your home. I will be hiring him. Thanks Mr. Kimball
