This was my very first time having to replace my roof. I had no idea where to start looking for roofing company and licensed contractors. Thanks to Homeadvisor.com I was able to find Home Genius Exteriors Roofing Company. From the moment I came in contact with the Staff personnel that took my call. I knew then I was going to be in great hands . The way I was treated with kindness, passion, and understood my overall concerns. I was given a appointment within two days . Where then I got the pleasure to meet with George Barksdale, a sales consultant. George inspected my attic along with inspecting the outside of my roof. Afterwards we set down and went over with me the step by step processing and Materials that was going to be installed. George helped me to understand and reassure my satisfactory would be guaranteed. Afterwards I received a call from Jamie Depaul one of the Production Cordinators. Jamie, schedule my appointment to have the work done (A.S.A.P.) Thanks, Jamie I truly appreciate the quick response in helping me get my roof fixed within days of my request. Last but not less I had the pleasure of meeting Trey Goodenow, the Account Executive and on sight gentlemen who was there to oversee that everything was getting done correctly. Trey, I can not say Thank You , enough. I totally appreciate everything Home Genius Exteriors Roofing Company done. You helped make my experience a Great one. I am Totally satisfied. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. George came to do an estimate and explained the roofing materials and process using sample materials and diagramsâ It was an education in roofing. Jamie was prompt in scheduling and coordinating the services and was responsive and patient in her communications with me. The VP and owner Max contacted me to explain a particular request of mine that did not fall within the expertise of the types of crews doing my work, and advised me about alternative approaches. Trey managed the services, keeping in touch with me throughout the process. He was immediately responsive to my calls, and as is their practice, came by to assess the work on the roof and gutters upon completion. He made fixes himself or instructed the crew with him to do it, making sure the work done properly. Any issues were remedied quickly. While price was higher than other companies, I feel that HGE has an infrastructure and the expertise that made it worth it.

Selecting a roofing company is hard it is a cut throat Buissnes. There are meny firms promising the world. These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all.

The roofers were here on time and finished in a day. The workers cleaned up after they finished. The staff was very professional and answered all of my questions. Pricing wasn’t too bad. I would recommend this company to perform roofing and gutter services.

The experience was good from the sales people to the workers the job was done on time worked out great clean up was good and Ralph even stopped buy to see how every thing went very nice man I would recommend you

Aron Fowler was a great sales rep who was very knowledgeable and understanding of how I wanted my gutter guards installed. If I have another project I will definitely recommend this company!!!
