I had a great overall experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Dante, the sales rep. showed up on time for our appointment and was very informative. He was the only roofing company rep to ask to inspect my attic as part of assessing our roofing needs (for ventilation). The initial bid came in quite high compared to other companies' bids, but Markus, one of the sales managers, came back with a very competitive quote that I felt was a great value for the cost of replacing our roof with the Owens Corning roofing system. Once I signed the contract, they were eager -- and very quick -- to start work; I heard from Tabatha, the compliance review specialist soon after. They arrived early on the day of the work, and Allen, the crew chief, had his crew on the roof in no time. Allen, the project manager arrived soon after that to talk me through the project and answer my questions. The crew shared photos with me throughout the day so I could see the progress they were making in near-real time. The crew finished the whole project in one day and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. AJ stopped by the next morning to review the work, close out the project and collect the balance due. I greatly appreciated the great communications from all involved at Home Genius Exteriors, and I would highly recommend working with this company.

Big Thanks to the WHOLE Home Genius Crew. You guys are amazing and very professional. I love the end result and the connection with the individuals I've encountered. I didn't just feel like another customer, I felt safe and secured. This process felt as if I was working with a family. All of it started with Katie, it probably was the chucks & her beanie lol. She sold me soon as she began to speak about her job. She is super passionate and wholesome. Took many photos and explained each and everyone of them. I feel I even learned how to be a thorough inspector myself from Katie's info' aloneð …. She also answered each of my questions, & sat with me through every step of the buying process. She didn't over recommend, she took her time and really helped with what would be best for both myself and my home. Afterwards I had no worries. Blessed to have been walked through this process with her. Also, very huge thanks to Jamie. She was respectful and patient with my schedule, as well as with me not being able to have my phone where I work. She made sure that I didn't feel rushed or a burden. She even responded to me at a later time that day, which was more convenient for me. She got me booked for the next morning, & handled my situation with grace. I was surprised at how quick it all was and relieved to get it on the calendar. Thank you Jamie very much. As for the crew themselves, you all made my home much more beautiful and safe. I got to the street and smiled right away as I drove up. It's amazing, and I wouldn't change my decision of working with you guys if I could. Leo and his crew got the job done in an impressive, timely manner. Didn't take long at all. I was notified of them coming prior to and when they arrived, which was early morning. I was already off to work, but I definitely felt like I was there, thanks to AJ. The job was finished by noon. You guys left no trash, and I loved that tarps were placed down beforehand. Just an amazing crew overall. Super neat and hard working. Once again thank you AJ. He took time out of his night to be able to meet me for close-out, to be able to work better with my timeline. As he went over everything he was just as happy as I was about the finish product. He was friendly, answered all my questions, & made sure I was informed. And Marcus thanks for welcoming me, that means alot to take the time out to-do so. You and Katie were the 1st I encountered and you guys were the reason I knew I could trust the job. Everyone was genuine, big smiles, and hard workers. I've never felt alone in this process which started on Sunday, and finished Tuesday. Someone was with me everystep of the way. The transitions were smooth and concise. All personnel on this job was incredible. I've had the best 1st maintenance experience as a 1st time home owner, with you all. Thank you for everything you've done and all you do. I am grateful for the one and only Midnight plum roof featured color on my home!! I will be working with home genius again in the near future. Awesome very professional explained everything in detail.

Friendly crew. They were ontime and professional. Job sites was spotless after the job and the end result is wonderful. Will be reaching out for siding from the HG in the spring.

Great experience overall

They make you feel like you are in control and keep you informed of every step of the process to in Clyde pictures. The personnel represent the company very well. They love what they are doing.- I appreciate the care and attention they gave to my roof install
