?I am beyond impressed with the work done by Home Genius Exteriors. From start to finish, the entire process was defined by a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days. ?The speed of service was incredible; they handled the project efficiently without ever cutting corners. A huge standout was my project manager, whose communication skills were truly outstanding. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and they made sure all my questions were answered before I even had to ask them. ?As for the result?my new Onyx Black Owens Corning roof looks absolutely wonderful. It has completely transformed the curb appeal of my home. Plus, having the Platinum warranty provides so much confidence in the longevity of the work. Devon came to inspect the roof on the home we just bought. Found issues the inspector neglected to tell us about. Took the time to explain the entire process, found us some much appreciated discounts, answered all our questions, even helped argue with the inspector. He promptly returned messages and calls. His entire team were great. They showed up promptly and even though the weather wasn't great they finished the entire roof in 1 day. There were 2 minor issues that were promptly dealt with. I wish I had more experiences like this. He showed us they were ranked number 1 and then proved why. I will literally be 100 before I have to worry about my roof. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced.
