Everyone I dealt with from HomeCraft was very friendly and professional. Brian Parshall came out and gave a convincing overview and demonstration of their gutter protector. From what he had to say, it's clear that they stand behind their product and want nothing but happy customers. My rain gutters are now clean and protected. Thank you!

Everything went great, the only thing I would suggest is offering installing the roof heating cords, when the snow and ice freez on top of the leaf guards it drips over the edge, I'll need to install the roof heaters myself but I would have paid them to do it.

DO NOT USE HOMECRAFT OF CO. Horrible service and horrible quality. We replaced nearly 30 year old gutters, with new gutters from Homecraft of CO and they have not stopped leaking since. 4 visits, and 3 crews later, and I was just told by the least helpful customer service rep, Hannah, that they do not have record of these repair visits and that she needs to reach out to the new project manager Joel. However, no timeframe could be provided for his response, hers or the manager I asked to be transferred to. Moreover, it does not help when each time the crew that is making the repairs gives us a list of what the last one did wrong, and it STILL LEAKS. Leaking has ranged from the down spouts, behind the gutters... how that happens is beyond me, and now the corners where they are bolted together. WORST experience ever.

Disappointed how they responded, they are saying they had to fire the contractor and now they have new people, now they say they will come over and fix it but there is roof damage but I need a roofing company to fix it.

I hired this company only because they were the only company to bid. Other companies either did not respond or missed their appointment. Sales rep was very polite as was the crew that installed the gutters we requested. Product seems good so far and meets our needs. I gave them 3 stars and would not recommend them simply because of their pressure sales tactics. They came in gave a quote that if you signed at that exact time you got a good deal but if you signed at a later date the price went through the roof. This tells me that they can afford to just do the work for the lower price. These type of sales tactics should be illegal in my opinion.
