This was a horrible experience from day one once you hire them, and sign a contract they treat you like your dirt on their shoe they make promises they do not keep I wish I would have never hired them.

Their product is good but they are not very organized. The salesperson was not familiar with the installation of the product. The installer did not have the proper materials. I had to provide some materials out of pocket and technical advice for installation. A buyer with less technical knowledge would have been in trouble. They did try to get the installation corrected when I complained. No one mentioned refunding my materials purchase!

Scheduled the estimate appt. Promptly came out for that and the install. But...... The gutters were not installed properly (to drain) and where two different angled sections meet, they were trimmed out with tin snips and very jagged cuts (see pic). In addition to the poor appearance, trim and fit, they left screws, aluminum shavings, brackets and wet leaves from the previous gutters throughout the yard, in my sons sandbox, on the sidewalk and landscaping. After walking around and looking at the work and condition of my yard after the install, I reached out to my salesperson, Brittny. She promptly put me in touch with the service lead, Luke. It took over 3-weeks to get someone to come out, including a no-show. Follow-ups from my end included several texts messages, voicemails and finally demanding that the gutters be removed and a full refund as during this time I found and alternate estimate that was $1900 less. Do not do what I planned to and failed to do, get more than 1 estimate! In getting an alternate estimate, I found that I overpaid as compared to a quality alternative. The product has a lifetime warranty; however, my experience with the craftsmanship, communication and follow through to address a problem does not give me much confidence in that. To top it off, they finally sent someone out to **repair** the gutters and I had to go round and round with them to get them to do it. Finally, when they trimmed the jagged cuts down, and they left aluminum shards on my deck again. I guess the post service clean-up is just possible but not something they actually do. If I could adjust the star rating, they would get -3. Very disappointed in the quality of the install, the poor clean-up (twice) and the time it took to get back to me and out here. It did not take them that long to process the payment. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The quote is $2200 to pitch, clean, repair, and seal the gutters and add 3 downspouts. Work was performed on 9.13.21 and almost none of that was done and what was completed was terrible workmanship. The downspouts are tacked into the bottom of the gutter with 1 screw rather than inserted through the gutter and sealed from the top...nowhere near properly installed!! The installer ripped a very small hole in my gutter for the water to trickle into the insecure downspout. Nothing was sealed and nothing was pitched, as quoted. While inspecting this train wreck I discovered I still have standing water in the gutters!! I am not really sure what they did out there for 3 hours other than pretend to be working. I would say only $200 worth of work was actually completed but I am being charged $2200. I have reached out to Jacob, the salesman who cannot be bothered to answer his phone and would rather text like buddies rather than a businessman caring for his clients. He said, oh my goodness, that is super unacceptable. Well, I completely agree so what are we going to do about it?!? The home office (Sarah) said the production manager would call me regarding the complaint...I am still holding my breath. This company and this experience feel so much like a scam it is nowhere near funny. I completely got scammed into hiring this company and they lied about what they could deliver. I am really upset that this company does not speak well of their approved list at all. I will continue working towards having my money refunded and/or the project completed by someone who does know how to install gutters and downspouts. One thing for sure, the two goons they sent to my house have no business working on your home or mine.

If I were not afraid of heights, I could have done a better job. I will never hire anyone else you recommend. I guess I will just let my house fall down if I cannot find someone somewhere else!
