I would not recommend the HomeCraft Gutter Protection company for anything. If I could give them less than a one star, I would. I typically never go and do reviews, but I wish I wouldâ ve known the truth before my purchase, so I want to share my experience in order to help someone else. I live in Texas, and my experience with Homecraft Gutter Protection has been awful. Taking my money was a breeze but everything after that has been a battle. The customer service and installation is yet to be desirable. Iâ ve been calling the warranty company since I had the system installed almost 2 years ago without a resolution. No one returns the call from the Warranty division. Finally, someone did call me about three weeks ago. She was rude and not helpful at all. Her demeanor was as if she could care less. As I was talking, you could hear her huffing your her breath. Nonetheless, I continue to tell her what I hate recently learned, which was that I did not have a drip edge or edge drip. She told me that I didnâ t purchase the edge drip. My response was that I didnâ t know anything about an edge drip until now. I told her that I did share my issues and what I desired as an outcome with the sales rep. at the time of purchase. From there, I depended on their professional expertise to ensure that I was buying everything that was required. By this time, I asked to speak to someone else, and she said she was the only person that I could speak to. I then asked for the phone number to the head office. She indicated that she could not give me that number, but she promised to call back and send someone out to look at the situation. Three weeks later, itâ s back to nothing. No oneâ s come, nor has she returned the call. You would think that as a professional company, they would tell you what you need in order for the system to be efficient but they didnâ t. In addition, parts of the gutter installation is loose, and the down spouts has the water flowing in one over saturated area. It feels like everything is about getting money and no sense of customer satisfaction. Why would they sell you a system without a primary component, at least in my case, if the system would not be effective. I tried explaining this, but it was as if she could care less. Every time it rains, my back yard continues to flood. Iâ m afraid the water is going to eventually damage my foundation. On the front of my house, I brought my gutters and screen protector from LeafFilter and I have had no issues. I wish I wouldâ ve let them do the entire job.

Gutters warped terrible within a year or two. I called to complain. sent pictures as requested but they never responded. They installed too long of a Run or screwed them down too heard so they warped badly. Be careful. Dont expect a real warranty. They tell you lifetime warranty but dont count on it.

The crew that did the job did not speak much English. Also it was several days getting a call back which concerns me if we need warranty work. Other than that the gutter screens look good

I am so happy to get the gutters done, we had one other bid for the job, just too high for a retired couple, working with Alex Hayman was a delight. The crew did a great job, they were courteous, professional and they did a super cleanup. We are so happy with the results.

HomeCraft installed new gutters next day. They are high quality and look great on my house. Gutters are pre painted and almost march house color to the point that it’s not noticeable! My property no longer holds water near the house doing heavy rain.
