Dino came out to my home within 2 hrs of my call for service. He very knowledgeable, courteous, and walk me thru the entire system as well as what I needed to make the repairs. Dino made me feel super confidant when he said, "DON'T WORRY, BY THE TIME I'M DONE, YOUR CENTRAL AIR WILL BE GOOD". We will NEVER use any other company. Steve and his crew installed a ductless central air unit in our house a few weeks ago. They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

Steve Viglione and his team are considerate and competent professionals who did an outstanding job with the installation of a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air conditioning system in our home. Both the exterior and interior installation took into consideration my concerns and desires. Expectations were definitely met or exceeded. I strongly recommend this group of professionals.

I would highly recommend Home Comfort Heating and Cooling Solutions for any and all HVAC needs. We were converting our home from oil to gas as well as implementing central heating and cooling. Steve Viglione was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the entire process to us. He was always responsive and able to answer our questions that came up along the way. When the project was scheduled, his team always showed up on time and was also just as friendly and knowledgeable as Steve. I was tremendously impressed by the team's project execution as they not only did a great job but were very tidy and professional. They left the project site just as clean as before the project began. We will definitely be calling them for our next house!

Of the 5 contractors I solicited to install a new central A/C in my house, from the moment I met Steve I could tell he had great passion and tremendous knowledge of the business. He was extremely professional, took his time to explain the installation of the system in detail, recommending the best size unit for my home. In addition, the people who work for him (his son and crew) are top notch. I highly recommend them.

I wrote this review; specifically to let others know about my experience with Steve Viglione Jr. and his colleagues. when I first read the reviews online, I was amazed at the things people shared about this company. and I know why. Steve Viglione Jr. was very personal and efficient ,explaining the whole process of something I knew little about.,installing a new furnace he was also friendly with my special needs daughter who kept seeking his attention. I work with special children and I know they want to feel cared for and acknowledge.Steve did that for my daughter on the second visit to my home he had a cute little stuffed dog for her, the look on her face was gratifying .I also appreciate his colleagues who were engaging, friendly and kind .I'm a person who likes to get to know people about family and interest these are people that care about family and when you meet people who care about their family, you know they will care about yours, and they did.Thank you so much God bless you Steve viglione and family have a Blessed Holiday sincerely; DW and IW
