Although there were some water issues after the initial service, the follow up by Josh E. was outstanding. He worked until the problem was found, acted to make proper repairs and provided follow up as needed. He's an outstanding employee and positive representation for you company.

I hired Highlander to install a channel drain in front of garage to keep it from getting water in it. The guy showed up with his 16 year old son and dug the trench and laid the pipe very shallowly and left a large open hole in front of my driveway, that was one issue. The second issue was there was no slope to to the pipe. It is straight so the water is not actually draining. The third issue was they cemented the grates onto the the channel drain when they are supposed to be removable so you can clean it. They did correct that and the hole near the driveway they patched with stone, but it is still not pitched properly and the concrete was cracking almost immediately after drying, I asked for the salesman to come back and look at it and asked him if it looked professional, because it didn?t to me or my stepfather who does concrete for a living, and his response was that it did. Well, less than an a year and grates are popping up because the concrete is completely cracked.

Scheduling us awful I have been trying to get them back here to bury discharge line for 3 months. They either no show or keep rescheduling. Plus I was never told up front thst this hideous lone would be left laying in my yard damaging my yard and my neighbors

Very professional company from the support staff, sales staff and work crew. They are responsive and great communicators. Excellent quality of work. There was a minor incident that occurred during the process that was immediately reported to me and addressed. Highly recommend this company.

The guys were very Professional about their job, came to work and did their job. I Appreciate that.They are more than welcome in my home.

Note: dropdown only has waterproofing inspection as an option but I had the entire system put into place.

Work crew did excellent work. They were very polite and respectful. Our only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke on their clothing. Though they never smoked inside our home, there was an order that stuck with them. I would recommend Highlander to others, and that Mike be cloned as he provided great leadership to the installation team.

Crew was very polite and respectful taking care to protect areas from debris, dirt and dusty.

From the beginning working with Guilio to come up with the plan to scheduling, and the work itself this was a great experience. This was one of 3 bids I got for the project. I had Chris, Steve and Rick working on my job and they were great. Showed up exactly on time, were respectful of the space and completed the job job faster than I thought they would. They made sure to provide regular updates while working and walked me through the work and the system to make sure I understood everything before they left. I would definitely recommend Highlander for your Waterproofing needs.
