Thanks to Josh and the rest of the Highlander folks for resolving our water issues.
Josh did a fantastic job! He explained what was wrong, and what he would do to fix it. He also cleaned everything up when he was done. Appreciated that he fit me into his schedule also. Thanks Josh. Have a nice holiday. Marylou Laurito

Although there were some water issues after the initial service, the follow up by Josh E. was outstanding. He worked until the problem was found, acted to make proper repairs and provided follow up as needed. He's an outstanding employee and positive representation for you company.
Thank you for the positive review!
The guys were very Professional about their job, came to work and did their job. I Appreciate that. They are more than welcome in my home.
It gets better... I contacted the owners, Jennifer and Guilio (spelling?) (see below for history) Jennifer first. Being a business owner myself, I decided to let Jennifer know; I had to find her on linked in. After an onslaught of what I know now to be platitudes, her husband Guilio came that Friday for a QA. He concurred that the finish, particularly around the windows was sub par and that was getting fixed. As I reflect, he also said, the wet spots on the floor in our dry basement were normal (I guess they are still normal to be there and growing in our now waterproof basement?). As of today, it is been two months and I have heard nothing from this company. During his (the owner of the company!) visit, he had the audacity to, in referring to his company work, ask me, What do you want this to do? I work in technology. This is his company; should not he tell me what it was supposed to do? When I asked him, he said the French drain, which is an abhorrent excuse for a drain would capture surface, sub surface, and roof run off. The water from roof would have to literally travel up hill to make it to their pipe, which is over my sewage pipe that they broke and repaired shoddily. Though, now that we have some actual weather, there is a mountain of ice on top of the sewage line where the water is not flowing because, shocker, water does not flow up hill. In the actual basement, Guilio spent a lot of the time in between talking about how shxxx the attention to detail is and how his foreman talks to much, telling me how over spec everything is. Great! So he agreed that my salesperson was FOS and we paid for more than we needed. Below, you can see pics of their work. The pictures that do not look like garbage work are the ones my salesperson included in the proposal. I could go on and on, but here's the deal: If you are still contemplating using these people, you are welcome to message me and come see their work first hand - then, you can be the judge. It will be a while (weather and finances) before I can get a reputable company out here to correct their work, not to mention coordinating a trip between our attorney and a structural engineer to be here at the same time this time of year is proving challenging. Hilariously, I was really going to chalk this up as mistake for being lazy vetting a vendor, until they insisted they make right. Now, I will be relentless in resolve. Finally, despite the exposure, I included the proposal they provided. Needless to say, I am humiliated, but if I can prevent someone else from dealing with them, I have done a service to my community. Also - Even though I told their contractors they could use the restroom inside the mudroom, I included a picture of one of them that my wife took pissing outside her office window. ---- Note on the below: THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I made the tragic flaw of believing them.... yet again. Had a couple items that we were not happy with, but the company was swift to resolve this issues. The company stands by the work and offers the most robust guarantee we could find. --- Original review: Our Salesperson is Brandon; it is nauseating to think about what we paid and what we got. Similar to storm chasing roofing companies  my impression of this company is nothing more than a broker scam. Your salesperson said all use your employees, you neither do nor does your team verify the quality of the work that is done. Six figures later and we have an abhorrent basement job and an eye sore of a French drain that was supposed to be 12-24 inches minimum, but is so shallow you can see the pipes - it is level with the ground!!! If I were playing a drinking game every time the contractors asked, did your salesman tell you _____, I would be in a coma. Ran out of space. Go to gxxxxx to read rest
We value and respect all of our customers and are readily available to speak with them through many different forms of communication. Our phones answer 24x7, as does our live website chat. With this particular customer, we were happy to share our cell numbers for direct communication should any additional questions or concerns need to be discussed. We have been open and swift to talk, meet in person at this customer's property, and have been agreeable with requests that were made. We pride ourselves on being an ethics-award winning company that does not practice predatory sales or high-pressure tactics. We do not solicit customers with cold call telemarketing or door-to-door canvassing, as expressed by this customer. Our customers reach out to express interest in our services, we schedule a visit with them, provide them with a free inspection, consultation and information to review, and then we encourage them to make an educated decision based on their research. We also encourage our customers to get more than one estimate when comparing services to contract. We deeply regret to see this customer is unhappy, however, we have promptly responded to his concerns. We apologize that we did have a small delay due to the holidays and then back-to-back severe weather events in the northeast this winter, which were out of our control. We are hopeful we can still rectify his concerns and encourage him to reach out to our office or staff directly.
They did a good job from start to finish. I like that they had a lifetime warranty on their work and that it is transferable to the new owner. Thank you, Timothy W.
Every part of job was seamless from initial phone contact, assessment, actual work on basement flooring drains, new floor jack's & footers, enclosed sump pump & well-surround, poly on walls to final walk thru. I asked many questions of the workers and of the district manager all of which were answered to my satisfaction.
