Great communication. Did everything we asked for and more Gave us a schedule at the beginning of the project and updated us on a daily basis. The quality of the work was superior and the results were amazing. Highland deals with only the highest quality products and only the best designers.

It was a pleasure working with the entire team at Highland Renovations to restore the basement following a failed water heater which flooded the entire basement. Our first contact was with Thom Mandell who developed a proposal for us to submit to our insurance company which proved to be a very challenging experience. Thom was extremely patient working with us and helping us navigate the insurance claim morass. After more than a year of going back and forth with the insurance company we were finally able to proceed with restoring the basement. Thom provided a walk-thru with Adam Callaway, their operations manager, and us to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the scope of work and timeline for the project. Once the project started, Marty and the team punctually arrived every day and put in a full dayâ s work each day. Since I was out of state, Adam kept me in the loop regarding the project status and shared photos documenting the progress along the way. I appreciated the structure and professionalism of the Highland Renovations team from start to finish. Itâ s quite obvious that they listen to their clients and provide thoughtful recommendations based on their many years of experience. We couldnâ t be happier with the final results of this project and will enjoy this space for years to come. I strongly recommend Highland Renovations and would definitely call upon them for future projects.

The Highland Team was incredible from our fist contact with them, through the finishing touches of 3 month extensive renovation that included a new addition and large deck, extensive plumbing and electrical work, foundation work and new windows and doors. I cannot say enough wonderful reviews of Highland -every single interaction was professional and top-notch. Even down to a small detail - they were all so very attentive. Whenever I asked a question, they were already on top of it. The quality of work and attention to detail are excellent. During this pandemic, they continued the work, taking every precaution, so I never once worried about anything at all. Not only did they complete my bathroom renovation- they also did the painting and flooring that I was planning- they do it all. And they never hesitated doing any other repair or replacement that I asked for. As I said at the beginning, I just can not say enough -the finished project is simply beautiful.

They did drywall and some electrical work. Great service and quality work. They scheduled the work quickly and once started they worked on consecutive days to complete it as quickly as possible, coordinating the work of the teams. They also checked in with us often to make sure we had a chance to modify our requests if we saw the need to do so. I could not recommend them more highly. Outstanding.

They provided a schedule of work and stuck to it. The prices for each stage of work and materials were clear ahead of time. The Highland team and all associated contractors were timely, clean, polite and generally very easy to deal with. I hired Highland Renovations to repair the trusses on our garage roof for the sale of my home. Dave Salla was very detailed in his explanation on the work that needed to be done. I was informed EVERY day of the progress of that day and the expectations of the next day. I went over often to see the progress myself and the work was superb and when they left for the day the garage looked spotless. Dave was involved every step of the way and kept me informed as well. Answered all my calls and if he couldn't he returned them quickly. Karen called me every night to give me the updates as well. I even encountered some work that needed to be done from the termite inspection. I called Dave he answered right away and I explained the situation and he was more than agreeable to handle that job for me instead of hiring another contractor. They even had to keep their men sitting for 3 hours while there was miscommunication on the part of the termite company but Dave never mad me feel bad about the confusion. Professionalism and communication are TOP NOTCH, not to mention the work!!! I would hire them in an instant and have recommended them to all that ask. If you need renovations that Highland Renovations can provide..... HIRE THEM ! You won't be disappointed!
