Reviews
Write a ReviewMight have been better to wire (c wire installation) to its own transformer rather than using the transformer directly attached to furnace - thermostat shuts down when furnace LWC light goes on (intermittent as an auto refill is attached) and does not restart itself (thermostat) until I turn the furnace switch on/off ??? Will have to have the furnace man check/correct this during the annual service this fall.
They were prompt and prepared to do the job when they arrived
Appreciate they were able to quickly fit me in early in the morning. They got it done quickly and efficiently.
Very professional, neat, informative, responded on first call.. this company is the place to call
quick service
They did a great job. Fast, efficient, clean, price was reasonable.
Hard to really give a full review. Bill was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to the house, however that was on 6/9/18 and it is now 7/3/18, Despite me calling him several times I still do not know if he can get the part I need. Every time he says he gave the info to his guy and he dropped the ball but I still am waiting. I already paid him to come out and now I am going to most likely have to pay someone else to come out to look at it and then see if they can find the part.
Professional and efficient
A storm knocked out my ground wire, so I needed it replaced. They did so for a reasonable price.
We thought we had a broken thermostat. Simple install of a new thermostat turned into a quagmire. Electrician tested current to the Oil Heat Zone Valve motor but did not inform us that the Heat Zone Valve was broken and that the valve was stuck in the open position. I had to diagnose the problem myself. There are other negatives but the story goes on for too long. MC
