He promptly called to get information and make a bid. After asking some questions like what kind or water heater, I agreed to the $1850 fee. The trouble began when I asked for a copy of the permit. A permit is required in Garland Texas to replace a water heater. His response was something like: I can do that for you, but you will have to pay $80 for the permit and my time for going to get one. My response was when did we discuss performing and illegal installation of a water heater. His response was: good point. Initially he acted like he was going to make good. But then we looked at his installation and he began to point out different things that may be required to pass inspection with the expectation that I would pay to correct any failures. I have Stage 4 colon cancer. I am weakened by chemotherapy. Monday I was going to start another series. Perhaps I wore down too quickly. I just wanted him out of my house. So, I sent him away. Remember his quote was for an illegal install!

Earnest and his crew are hands down the best in town. They has done multiple flip houses for me, and also has done a lot of work at my personal home. I would not call anyone other than him for all your plumbing repairs.

Earnest came and very quickly both located and fixed the problem with my wash basin's slow drain. Next he fixed a dripping faucet in the bathtub. Could not be happier with his work. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Quality work at a reasonable price.

We were unable to identify the source of the leak under our kitchen sink. Mr. Herrera replaced our kitchen faucet almost 2 weeks ago. Thus far everything appears to be working fine. He arrived on time located and repaired the issue for a fair price.
